Return of the Product by tbox.solutions Please note no return will be accepted once delivered to the buyer. In case you have received the damaged, wrong product or received less quantity you have ordered, you have to contact us within 2 days of delivery at [email protected]. Our representative will contact you as soon as possible about your issue. You will be liable to get a full or partial refund for the order. In case of COD order damaged, a refund will be a credit to the bank account matching with the name of the billing address.
Cancellation of Order by tbox.solutions
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by us. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
Cancellation of Order by the Customer
You may inform us that you wish to refuse the purchase (Before Delivery) within 3 working days of receipt of the product. You may notify tbox.solutions of the cancellation by email at [email protected]. The goods should be returned undamaged, unopened, and in the original packaging Within 5 working days of this notification. You should send a copy of the invoice or delivery note and a covering letter indicating your full account number with the returned goods. Please note: – the refund for this will be initiated after the package is delivered back to our warehouse.
In the event of an order cancellation, Refund will be processed through same mode and duration should be 15 days. Refund, within 15 days of receipt by tbox.solutions of the returned product, any sums paid, minus the direct delivery costs (transport and order handling costs). Carriage for the return of the goods is payable by the purchaser. We refund carriage costs only if the purchaser did not receive the product that was ordered or if the product arrived damaged. tbox.solutions can refuse to accept or refund returned articles when the packaging has been opened or when the products have been used or damaged by you.
Cancellation of Fraudulent Orders
To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, tbox.solutions reserve the right to cancel all past, pending, and future orders without any liability. Tbox.solutions also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your Card Account. Any promotional voucher used for the canceled orders may not be refunded.
Cancellation of Bulk Orders
Tbox.solutions may cancel any orders that classify as ‘Bulk Order’ under certain criteria at any stage of the product delivery. An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets with the below-mentioned criteria, and any additional criteria as defined by tbox.solutions:
1. Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale
2. Multiple orders placed for the same product at the same address, depending on the product category
3. Bulk quantity of the same product ordered
4. Invalid address given in order details
5. Any malpractice used to place the order Any promotional voucher used for placing the ‘Bulk Order’ may not be refunded
What we do about mispricing
In the event that an item is miss-priced, tbox.solutions may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted, and tbox.solutions will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the email address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account.
